Oyez, oyez, oyez. Our Lords, the King's Justices do charge and command all manner of persons to keep silence upon pain of imprisonment.
We call docket number 100-2015-15, Langford v. Judgment in rem.
This case has been petitioned on the behalf of Langford, the defence in the case 2015-10 R v. Langford, in which he was sentenced to a fine in the amount of five Loquntian pounds (£5), or sixty Loquntian crown, or six thousand Loquntian pence.
It is per the petition that the fine in question be logistically impossible without the mercy and assistance of this noble court. In this conference we will figure out a way in order to get this fine dealt with.

Your Honor, my financial situation in Loquntia has stabilized since 2015, and plus with my job in the Loquntian Royal Military, I should be able to pay with my salary to pay off my fine. The burden of paying it off is to harsh and heavy for me to every pay it off on my own, I ask for clemency and leniency from this fair court.

Do you have an NBL account?
The court is calling a 15-20 minute recess, and will return for your answer.

I had a Corporation account (The company in question is presently defunct), though I'm not aware of a personal account unless I forgot.

The minimum amount received by Active Military members in Loquntia per month is 3 pence. How about we dock your pay by 3 pence every month? You will need to create a personal chequing account, and then you will be set to receive a 12 pence enlistment package, as well as a 3p minimum per month.
If we cannot find a compromise such as this, we may need to put a lien on personal belongings. Another more foolish option is to make a 12 pence down payment, and then take out an NBL loan to pay the rest off.

I will agree to such a proposal of docking my pay until it is done. I will register a personal chequing account immediately.

Alright, are there any other stipulations you have?
And pardon my misuse of wording, "garnishing" your pay as opposed to "docking"

No worries, Your Honor. I have two stipulations, actually which follows: 1. The defendant is given a notice prior to his deadline of monthly payment. 2. The defendant will be allowed to petition (or request) a pardon to the Court and His Majesty clearing the defendant's name.

I believe you mean Petitioner, not Defendant. This case does not have a defendant. Routine notices of payment can be arranged, and this court can set them up through the CFC (MEx Department of Collections Forfeitures and Compensations). As for your pardon, I believe you mean that you want some cases to be filed under seal. In order to file cases under seal you may go to the link below, select that you are the Petitioner, and select "Petition To Seal Court Records". Make sure to specify the case(s) of interest. docs.google.com/forms/d/1X0by-3BGDFZw47qb9AYHRt19wYAzMIWYMMnQGEJEFJU/editA list of all cases and their docket numbers is available here: loquntia.github.io/scokl/atlarge.htmlYou may search and request court records here: loquntia.github.io/lbi/records/search.html

Ah, my mistake, thank you for correcting that. I will work on the Petition to Seal Court Records as well. I believe that we have to an agreement?

It is easier to convince the court to seal a specific document than to seal an entire case.

Yes. The court will rule on this case (2016-15) and require that you open an NBL account, receive your military wages there, and have them garnished accordingly. If for some reason you can no longer afford your current payment plan, notify the CFC immediately at loquntia@gmail.com with the subject "MEx CFC"

This court, by the facts presented before us, finds that Dallin James Langford as provided in his petition cannot pay his fine in accordance with case 2015-10 as therein provided; and to that end commands that he make regular monthly payments plus any interest as necessary to the Ministry of the Exchequer Department of Collections, Forfeitures and Compensations, or another arrangement as can be decoded by both Langford and the CFC from time to time. Further this court on these causes sayeth naught.
Case dismissed.
