The Royal Marshals Service has delivered and signed a request for a search warrant or a subpoena to the National Bank of Loquntia for the search and seizure of bank records for a party who's name is withheld.
The Royal Marshals Service has probable cause to believe that an international crime has been, is being, or will have been committed, and the court shall now have conference on the petition.

HELD; On this cause, the Supreme Court of Loquntia overturns its previous motion on this case and voids the preceding subpoena. This court further holds that the National Bank of Loquntia's policy not to release information without a court order is unconstitutional as it extends to the Loquntian government, the Royal Marshals Service withstanding, as a subsidiary of the collective corporation of the Loquntian government, cannot refuse a request from the Royal Marshals Service or the Supreme Court of Loquntia, as it is a corporation belonging to the government and cannot have a contrary or suppressive will.
